Security

How HireMe keeps job seeker information, employer review and staff work apart, with people in control.

    Access by Role

Role and organization checks separate what job seekers, employers, recruiters, hiring managers and HireMe staff can do. HireMe is designed so each person sees only what their role and the task at hand allow.

    What Employers See

Employer views follow each job seeker's visibility settings. Support tasks, barriers and case notes are not included in employer views.

    Recorded Actions

Important status changes, review decisions and AI-assisted work are recorded, so authorized people can review what happened and who did it.

    People in Control

AI can help with pulling out details, summaries, translation and drafts. It does not make final hiring, enrollment, credential, benefits, legal or support decisions. People do.

    Protecting Your Account

    • Use a strong password that you don't use anywhere else.
    • Never share a sign-in code. HireMe will never ask for your password or a code by email, phone or text.
    • Sign out when you use a shared or public device.
    • If something in your account looks wrong, contact us right away.

    Sending Sensitive Information

Please don't send passwords, identity documents or private case details by email or through the contact form. Share sensitive information only inside your signed-in HireMe account.

    Reporting a Security Concern

If you think you've found a security problem, or that an account has been misused, email hello@hireme.global with "Security" in the subject line. While you look into a problem, please don't access, change or keep other people's information, and don't disrupt the service. Please give us a chance to fix a problem before you share it publicly.
