AI Use

HireMe uses AI to organize information and explain options. People make the decisions.

    Meet Diana

Diana is HireMe's AI guide. Diana asks about your work, skills, training, credentials and goals, and turns your answers into your Career Passport.

Diana is an AI, not a person. Your account manager is a real person.

    What AI May Do

    • Pick out skills and credentials from the information you provide.
    • Organize your Career Passport.
    • Summarize profiles for account managers.
    • Translate between English and Spanish.
    • Draft messages for a person to review.
    • Explain gaps, such as a certification a role requires.
    • Suggest roles, training and resources for you and your account manager to review.

    Coming soon: practice interviews

Diana will help you practice interviews, asking follow-up questions based on your answers and coaching you to answer clearly. We'll ask for your consent before any practice interview is recorded.

    What AI Does Not Do

    • AI does not make final hiring, enrollment, credential, benefits, legal or support decisions.
    • AI does not turn anyone down without a person reviewing.
    • AI does not use protected characteristics, such as race, religion, sex, age or disability, to match or recommend people, except where the law sets a requirement for a role, such as a minimum age.
    • What AI produces is never a promise of a job, training, funding or any other result.

    People Stay in Charge

Account managers review AI suggestions before they act on them. Employers make final hiring decisions. You review your Career Passport, and each item in it keeps its own status: verified, self-reported or pending review.

    When AI Gets It Wrong

AI can make mistakes. If something in your Career Passport isn't right, you can correct it, or ask your account manager to.

    Your Information and AI

HireMe's AI features use the information you provide and your Career Passport. HireMe may use outside AI providers to run these features, and they may use the information only to provide those services to HireMe. Support tasks, barriers and case notes stay out of employer views. The Privacy Policy has the details.
